- A team can be made up of the following combinations…..Male Pairs, Ladies Pairs and Mixed Pairs,
- this will be our second year following the successful introduction of this new format in 2025, which resulted in prizes being won in all 3 categories.
- Entry fee: Members £15 / Visitors £35 per person
- Format: Betterball Stableford
- Handicap index limit: Male 28.0, Ladies 36.0
- Includes coffee and bacon roll
Terms and Conditions
Payment
To book a tee time you will need to enter your credit or debit card details at the time of booking using our secure online payment process.
On arrival
On the day you should report to either the Pro shop, or to the Registration desk.
Cancellation policy
To cancel your booking please contact the Pro shop team on +44(0) 1633 680408 – Option 4 or email: proshop@st.mellonsgolfclub.co.uk
If you cancel more than 28 days before the date of play you will receive a full 100% refund.
If you cancel 14-27 days before the date of play you will receive 50% refund.
If you cancel 7-13 days before the date of play you will receive 25% refund.
If you cancel less than 7 days before the date of play or you do not cancel your booking at all, you will not receive a refund.
Course closed
If you are unable to play due the course being closed, we will do our best to arrange an alternative date. If this is not possible, or convenient to you, a full refund will be given.
Booking transferable
Your booking is fully transferable to another person if you are unable to play.
Dress Code
Recognised and conventional golf clothing and footwear must be worn. Our full dress code is available on our website.
