Terms and Conditions
Payment
To book a tee time you will need to enter your credit or debit card details at the time of booking using our secure online payment process.
On arrival
On the day you should report to either the Pro shop, or to the Registration desk.
Cancellation policy
To cancel your booking please contact the Pro shop team on +44(0) 1633 680408 – Option 4 or email: proshop@st.mellonsgolfclub.co.uk
If you cancel more than one week before the date of play you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel less than one week in advance of your date of play you will receive a 50% refund.
If you do not cancel your booking before the date of play you will not receive a refund.
Course closed
If you are unable to play due the course being closed, we will do our best to arrange an alternative date. If this is not possible, or convenient to you, a full refund will be given.
Booking transferable
Your booking is fully transferable to another person if you are unable to play.
Dress Code
Recognised and conventional golf clothing and footwear must be worn. Our full dress code is available on our website.
Note – St.Mellons Golf Club Members must book Opens through the BRS portal as normal.
